Hands full?
We'll grab the phone.

OrderLine picks up your shop's phone when you can't get to it, takes the order, reads it back, and texts it straight to you. Your customers keep calling the number they already know.

How it goes

  1. Put in your menu and opening hours. Prices, sizes, what you are out of today. You can change it any time.
  2. Ring our test line from your shop phone. Order something, ask awkward questions, change your mind halfway. Call as many times as you like. It costs you nothing.
  3. Happy with it? Switch it on. Pick a plan, get your own OrderLine number, and turn on call forwarding on your shop phone. Most shops are taking real calls the same day.

Only when you're flat out, or every call

Most shops start with only when busy. Your staff answer as normal, and if the phone rings out, the line is engaged, or you have switched it off for the night, the call comes to us instead.

If you would rather nobody stops what they are doing to answer, send every call our way. You can switch between the two whenever you like, straight from your phone.

Changing the menu shouldn't be a job

Update things in your dashboard, or if you already use an AI assistant like ChatGPT or Claude, connect it once and just tell it: "We're out of vanilla slices today" or "Close at 2pm on Saturday." Every change is checked before callers hear it, and you can go back to an earlier version with one tap.

It reads every order back to the caller before it finishes, and you get the full order by text with the caller's number, so you can always ring them back.

Can I turn it off?

Any time. One code on your phone turns forwarding off, and your calls come straight back to you.
